AllspiceAllspice has been called the only spice native to the “new world.” The name conjures a taste that European explorers could only describe as a combination of nutmeg, cinnamon and cloves. Allspice is rare in gins and it can be an overpowering note, calling to mind Allspice Dram liqueur.
