2 oz. of gin
2 dashes of peach bitters
Stir bitters with gin and ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a sprig of mint.
The subtle hint of peach from the bitters can amplify the peach notes in Nolet’s Dry Gin.
Though I think some of the best pairings are contemporary style herbal gins with a hint of mint in the botanical blend. Try the Derby with Marconi 42, Quench Tank Gin or Cardinal Gin.
