Tasting Notes
Aroma: Bright and classic with a citrus lean. Juniper bursts forth on the nose with green and resinous notes. Rosemary, lemon zest and some hints of chai spice. It’s clean and confident.
Flavor: Juniper at first, becoming brightly pine led early on the palate. Hints of fir needle then slowly evolve on the palate to take on a hint of Citra hops. The citrus notes begin to come through more clearly on the mid-palate. Bright hops become grapefruit and bergamot.
Hints of chai and baking spice hover on the edges, almost just out of reach before herbal notes begin to re-emerge. A touch of rosemary, lemon thyme and resinous juniper.
