Gordon’s alcohol free gin and tonic is flavored with a “hint of lime.” Though in reality it’s natural flavors and citric acid. Sweetened with cane sugar, it’s 63 calories per can.
Tasting Notes
Aroma: celery, and slightly vegetal with a hint of citrus
Flavor: slightly vegetal with notes of broccoli stem, celery stalk and green juniper. Slight tartness, mild bitterness. The sweetness is less than I would have expected. The dryness lends itself nicely, with a nice crispness.
Finish: quinine and tonic bitterness at a low level. The citrus and lime is most pronounced at the end adding a nice tartness
Overall, Gordon’s 0.0 with Tonic
Refreshing, with a pleasant blend of low intensity bitterness, low intensity sweetness and moderate tartness. The only mark it misses is tasting like the original Gordon’s.
However, as a 0 ABV RTD, it has a pleasant, balanced flavor that reminds one of gin, if not the name on the label.
