Tasting notes
Aromaa: Bright and classically juniper forward, with lots of green juniper, supported by bright notes of fir needles and coriander— quite classic and boreal. As it sits, the boreal qualities become more pronounced, with spruce, pine and a touch of camphor.
Flavor: Pine and juniper forward, it’s quite green at first. The spruce tips hit early with a touch of forest floor and jammy berries. With a touch of currant and tart rose hips, they lend a nice, but restrained, counterpoint.
The flavor continues to evolve with some herbal notes bringing a touch of camphor and coriander.
Finish: The coriander and nutmeg begins to subside leaving a gentle afterglow of pine bud with only the faintest cool hint of camphor. Mildly warm and long lasting, it’s a beautiful neat sipping gin.
Juneauper Gin really captures an evocative portrait of Alaska’s boreal forests.

Cocktails and suggested serves
Juneauper Gin is great in a gin and tonic, or gin and soda— but its really at its best simply prepared in a dry gin martini. It has bold botanicals so it’s going to make a killer pine-forward Negroni.
Overall, Juneauper Gin
It’s an absolute delight for fans of juniper and pine-forward gins. Complex and multi-faceted it celebrates Alaskan ingredients while keeping a focus on the juniper at gin’s heart.
