Fallen Angel

This cocktail called for the Booth’s Gin which was historically matured in Sherry casks. The modern version of Booth’s Gin is dry and unaged, which will not produce the same affect.

You can get a similar affect with any gin aged in wine/port barrels.
Shake all ingredients with ice and double strain into a coupe.

  • 2 oz. wine barrel aged gin
  • ¾ oz Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
  • 2 dashes of creme de menthe
  • 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
