Aged Gin Cooler

Aged Gin Cooler recipe

2 cups Seedless Watermelon
2 tbsp. Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
1 tbsp. Honey
1/2 cup Vanilla or Plain Yogurt
1 oz. Wine Barrel Aged Gin
Take everything but the gin and combine in a blender. Puree until it is perfectly smooth.

Fill a tall glass with ice, add the gin and pour the watermelon mixture on top. Gently stir to combine.

Garnish with a fresh sprig of mint.

Gin recommendation

This is a refreshing, relatively low ABV cocktail that plays off the natural sweetness of the watermelon. You definitely want a more subtle aged gin that has either some vanilla/butterscotch character, or a moderate wine barrel character.
