Herb Saint

Herb Saint
Print Recipe
When fresh garden herb season is in full bloom, sometimes you have too much of a good thing: too much mint? tea. Too much basil? Pesto. Too much Dill? why not a gin drink. St. Germain, dill, lime and gin topped with tonic actually creates an unexpectedly good match. The dill grounds the lime and counteracts the sweetness of the St. Germain. It may seem a bit weird, but give it a chance. Call it a "summer spin on a gin and tonic."
