I can't really rave about this drink. It tastes exactly as you might expect it to: beer with a dash of gin flavor. Navy Strength will get you the most flavor, but we might as well call a spade a spade: for beer drinkers who want to get drunk just a bit faster. I think there's some interesting potentiality out there with the slew of beers being finished in gin casks, or some which include juniper and/or lime in the brewing process. But as it is, this recipe which is really "drop a shot of gin into a mug of beer" probably won't win a ton of fans this side of the "bomb" drinks crowd.

    .Actually, this is one of my favorite drinks, so long as the beer is a strong porter. The gin really cuts through the malt taste to bring out other flavors.
